Dan is a member of Savills Corporate Services Group, working as a senior program and workplace engineer. Specifically, Dan is responsible for evaluating tenants’ current performance levels and forecasting human resource demands. Based on the demand forecasts, Dan creates various conceptual scenarios and space solutions that meet a client’s business demands. Furthermore, Dan plays a key role in the evaluation of supply solutions and their compliance with projected demand. Dan’s engineering background enables him to translate a wide range of Technology and Data Center uses into actual space requirements. In a way, Dan is as a ‘bridge’ of knowledge transfer from the transaction team to the project implementation team.

Dan has also been deeply involved in market research, land planning and architectural design. Prior to joining Savills, Dan owned and operated a management consulting practice that focused on a unique, collaborative approach to marketing driven site planning. The mission was to assist developers, builders and agencies early in the process of acquiring, developing and marketing real estate. The firm also specialized in troubled assets from a planning, product and pricing perspective.

As the holder of many titles, Dan has also served as a senior project manager for Suffolk Roel Construction’s Irvine office, senior vice president of land planning for Developers Research, vice president for the Irvine Community Development Company (The Irvine Company), and vice president of product development for John Laing Homes.
