Dawn joined the Savills team in 2009 as a workplace strategist. With over 25 years of experience as an interior designer, she brings expertise in project programming and space planning. Before joining Savills, Dawn worked for an architectural firm and furniture dealership, where she developed extensive knowledge of the design and furniture industries. She has completed projects for clients in the commercial, financial, legal and healthcare industries.
Dawn specializes in creating the most efficient and cost-effective plans for leasable space. She works closely with the project management team to ensure the overall success of Savills-managed projects. She provides clients with a range of valuable services throughout her end-to-end project involvement including visioning sessions to help define corporate culture as it relates to the client’s environment and establish goals for new facilities; creation of detailed programming reports to determine square footage requirements based on present needs and forecast growth; and creation of space plans that meet client needs as expressed in the visioning session and project program.

Dawn is a licensed interior designer in the state of Illinois. She is certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ). She is a professional member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA).
