As co-product manager of Knowledge Cubed, the firm’s customer-facing data visualization and analytics platform, Doug is focused on executing a digital transformation of Savills global real estate services platform. By implementing and capturing key data flows, this groundbreaking platform gives physical assets a digital footprint in a way that allows them to be managed like information assets.
Doug’s background in quantitative analytics, transaction execution, portfolio strategy, location strategy, site selection, workforce planning and business incentives gives him a global perspective across industries allowing him to develop tools that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Doug initially joined the Savills Philadelphia office in 2007 as a financial analyst. He later transitioned to tenant representation, rising to assistant director while introducing the firm to new business development strategies like creating a shared cloud-based CRM system. Prior to rejoining Savills in 2016 after graduate school, Doug worked at Amazon on the launch of its B2B online marketplace Amazon Business which grew to$5 billion annual revenue in four years.
