As Senior Director, Dustin Lynch is responsible for overseeing all phases of project management and consulting services for the Savills Washington, DC office. With over twelve years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Dustin has proven to be an effective, customer-first, leader in the corporate interiors sector.

Prior to joining the firm, Dustin spent ten years managing and directing projects for St. John Properties (2018 NAIOP National Developer of the Year), headquartered in Baltimore, MD. In his most recent role as Director of Tenant Improvements, for SJP’s Salt Lake City regional office, Dustin was responsible for building collaborative and successful project teams around the common goal of exceeding clients’ expectations on every project. These responsibilities included managing architect, engineer, and client relationships from project inception all the way through successful completion.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Dustin and his previous firm received the coveted NAIOP National Developer of the Year (2018) award. Dustin was also recognized as one of five top fundraisers (Maryland’s Finest) for the Cystic Fibrosis foundation in 2018. He has remained engaged in NAIOP including previously serving on the Developing Leaders committee board.
