Eric Zahniser is the Executive Managing Director for Savills Rutherford office. Eric and his team advise enterprises on real estate portfolio strategy and transaction execution. He specializes in logistics-intensive businesses, including 3PLs, manufacturers, distributors, food and cold-chain operators, environmental and facility services firms, and private-equity sponsors. Eric partners with clients ranging from targeted market initiatives to full-portfolio advisory services. His representation spans middle-market companies to Fortune 500 organizations.

Prior to joining Savills, Eric was a Managing Partner at Cresa. His career has also included working as Head of Business Development & Portfolio Management at Siemens, where he oversaw real estate portfolio strategy, investment analysis, and business case development for the medical device and life science business in North America. He has successfully represented several prominent industrial landlords, including Prologis, Link Logistics, Dermody, Cabot Properties, Carson Companies, MRP Industrial, and CRG Integrated Real Estate, in the I-95, I-78, and I-81 logistics corridors.

Eric is involved in various professional associations and activities. He served on the Board of Directors for the Industrial Asset Management Council from 2022 to 2025. IAMC named him Service Provider of the Year in 2026.
