Erin Morales is Executive Managing Director and Market Leader in Savills’ Austin office. She brings to the region exceptional leadership and substantial experience in commercial real estate with a focus on providing corporate clients with strategic and timely advice to help them meet their business objectives. As Market Leader, Erin is also responsible for the strategic growth of the Austin office, including recruiting skilled talent and business development.

With over 25 years of experience, before joining Savills, she was Principal and Managing Director for Avison Young’s Austin office. During her time, Erin led the Austin office and worked to grow the region both in head count and revenue. Earlier in her career, she served as the Senior Vice President of CBRE and was a founding member of its Technology and Media Practice. She applied her specialized knowledge to help tech and creative companies scale and manage growth. Over the span of her career, she has participated in lease and sale transactions totaling more than 4.5 million square feet.
