He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail and industrial investment properties nationwide, advising clients on both single-tenant and multi-tenant investment sales. Ethan provides property valuations, market analysis and transaction advisory services, helping owners and investors maximize value and achieve their investment objectives.

Ethan is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail and relationship-focused approach to client service. He combines market knowledge with a disciplined analytical perspective to develop investment strategies tailored to each client's objectives. His experience includes advising on net lease investment sales across a range of asset types, with a particular focus on the automotive sector. Prior to joining Savills, Ethan interned with Colliers in Royal Oak, Michigan, where he gained experience in commercial real estate advisory and investment sales. He also owned and operated a mobile car detailing business serving clients throughout Oakland County, Michigan. This entrepreneurial experience provided him with a strong foundation in client service, business operations and relationship management.
