Professional Expertise 

Finn McDevitt is a Research Analyst in the Savills San Diego office, where he supports research across the office, industrial and life sciences sectors. He works closely with local brokerage teams on business development initiatives and collaborates with the Savills North America Research team on market analysis, reporting and broader research initiatives. Finn brings a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to his role, providing reliable market intelligence that supports Savills professionals and helps inform client’s real estate decisions.

Prior to joining Savills full-time, Finn spent a year as a Brokerage Intern in the San Diego office, where he developed a strong understanding of the local commercial real estate market and Savills brokerage platform. Following his graduation from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, he transitioned into his current research role, bringing firsthand knowledge of the firm's brokerage activities and business development efforts.

Finn also gained experience through internships with several San Diego biotechnology companies, supporting marketing, communications and corporate affairs initiatives. His experience within the region's biotechnology sector complements his commercial real estate background and provides additional perspective in support of Savills life sciences research.
