Jackson Solem is an Associate in Savills Denver’s office, specializing in representing industrial occupiers. He is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and supporting the Denver team with prospecting, transaction management, research, analysis and strategy. Jackson brings experience in assisting with early-stage deal flow and cultivating relationships with private equity and hedge fund ownership groups.

Prior to joining Savills, Jackson was a Brokerage Associate, Industrial Services with NavPoint Real Estate Group, where he targeted specific prospects seeking industrial space in Northwest Denver and Northern Colorado. Clients and colleagues appreciate Jackson’s highly competitive drive that has produced high-volume outreach and pipeline development, credible market intelligence and valuable industry relationships.

Jackson’s career also included professional golfing, where he competed across the U.S. and Canada and earned membership on the PGA Tour Canada in 2023. He was the 2023 Rocky Mountain Open Champion and 2024 Central Coast Champion.
