Janet Kuang is a senior portfolio account manager in Savills San Francisco office, working with a tenant representation and advisory team that specializes in serving the fast-moving technology industry, along with law firms and other professional services companies. Her primary responsibilities include portfolio account management, team coordination and communications, and technology implementation.

Janet joined Savills in 2019 after working for nearly two years as a commercial real estate analyst and project analyst at Opendoor Labs Inc., where she helped to grow the company’s footprint by 150,000 SF in flex office space and direct leases, and oversaw programming, design, and construction. Prior to Opendoor, she worked as facilities project coordinator for Airbnb and as a corporate services supervisor at Hines. She began her corporate career with Deloitte.
