Jared Forman is an Associate Director in Savills Rutherford office. He specializes in Industrial Service Facilities (ISF) and Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) in the Northeast logistics corridor and nationwide. Jared brings extensive experience and has represented several of the most prominent trucking, equipment rental and bulk material companies on transactions throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Savills, Jared was Vice President for Cresa. His understanding of the unique transportation, land use, and compliance needs of users and landlords in the ISF and IOS sector has made him a trusted partner for clients seeking to efficiently source and execute on- and off-market transactions. Before starting his brokerage career, Jared worked in acquisitions at Simi Capital Group, an IOS/ISF focused institutional investor in New York City. In his early career, he was a manufacturing process engineer for Proctor & Gamble.
