Jon Theis is Senior Director of Project Management in the Savills Minneapolis office and is responsible for overseeing site selection, facility development, project financing, design, and construction. Jon brings to Savills the keen ability to anticipate the needs of his clients before they articulate them, making the process run as smoothly as possible for the best results.

Prior to joining Savills, Jon was a Senior Advisor for Cresa Minneapolis. He gained significant project leadership experience that allowed him to work with various clients with complex needs from the industrial, government, corporate, and retail/hospitality sectors. Jon is passionate about finding practical solutions to the inevitable challenges that construction presents and delivering the best results for clients. His expansive professional experience as a project management leader includes working for Lennar, McDonald's Corporation, Scannell Properties, and Sevan Multi-Site Solutions.
