Jourdan Collins is a Transaction Manager of Global Occupier Services in Savills Tampa. She is responsible for negotiating business terms of multi-market commercial real estate transactions, identifying market trends, assisting with project initiation and scope definition, and conducting financial analysis. Prior to joining Savills, Jourdan was a Real Estate Specialist for Publix Super Markets. With over 12 years of experience with the company, she developed a comprehensive three-year strategy for a territory, including analyzing new or replacement store opportunities. Jourdan built a well-rounded foundation in commercial real estate during her time at Publix where she worked across development, property management, and site selection. In these roles, she gained end-to-end exposure to the full life cycle of real estate – from identifying strategic growth opportunities to ensuring long-term performance of existing assets.
