Kevin Hooper is the Senior Managing Director of Project Management in the Savills Orange County office. He brings over 18 years of project management experience, with expertise in all phases of project delivery, including initial budgeting, lease/work letter negotiations, value engineering, schedule development, and active oversight of project budgets and timelines. Clients and colleagues appreciate his ability to ensure projects are delivered to support on-time customer move-ins.

Prior to joining Savills, Kevin spent 18 years at the Irvine Company, where he most recently served as the Senior Director of Construction. During his tenure, he oversaw the Irvine Company’s Orange County campus office portfolio, which exceeded 10 million square feet across office, multi-tenant, lab, medical, life science, and industrial properties. He understands the value of partnering closely with customers to understand operational and workplace requirements, aligning those needs with the most suitable properties and build-out strategies.
