Over the course of her more than 30-year career managing real estate, Kim has managed office, retail, industrial, tower and mixed-use flex space and has been involved in recognizing over $300 million in tenant rent mitigation, cost reductions and overall occupancy cost savings. As the senior managing director of lease administration and audit lines for Savills Occupier Services, Kim and her team provide a full range of integrated real estate services and consistently deliver all types of assignments.

Kim oversees the team in providing a full-service offering including abstraction of legal documents, rent expense processing, occupancy cost reviews, operating expense analysis and year-end reconciliation desk and field audits. In addition, the team specializes in performing Estoppel and SNDA reviews, landlord dispute resolutions, database implementations/transitions, sublease management, quality control, best practices, lease expense budgets, portfolio reporting and ongoing database maintenance.

Prior to joining Savills, Kim was the senior managing director of portfolio lease administration at DTZ (formerly Cassidy Turley and now Cushman & Wakefield) in Tampa. Before that, Kim had been with CLW Real Estate Services Group since 2006, but joined the larger firm with Cassidy Turley’s acquisition of CLW. Prior to joining CLW, Kim was the director of lease renewals for Dollar General Corporation with over 8,000 locations. Prior, Kim was the director of real estate administration for the fourth largest drugstore chain in the United States, Eckerd Corporation, responsible for managing over 3,000 leases. During her 24-year tenure in the legal and real estate departments with Eckerd, Kim led a staff of real estate professionals, managing lease administration and audit matters as well as directing all surplus property disposition efforts.

Besides her keen analytical eye and vast experience in the industry, Kim is also a Notary Public in the state of Florida and a member of the National Retail Tenant Association.
