Kristineh Hiett is Senior Managing Director of Project Management for Savills in the San Diego office. She brings 26 years of experience in construction and project management, having delivered more than 1 million square feet of complex tenant improvements and buildouts for industry-leading clients. Colleagues and clients alike value her hands-on leadership style, her knowledge of critical infrastructure, and her exceptional acumen for interior design. Kristineh has earned a stellar reputation in the industry for delivering projects on time and within budget.

Prior to joining Savills, Kristineh served as a Lab Planning Specialist with Hanson Lab Solutions and spent more than 20 years as a Project Manager with Prevost Construction. Throughout her career, she has led all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction and bidding through construction and closeout. Notable projects include leading the $56 million Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals life science facility in Scripps Ranch. Her experience spans projects ranging from 5,000-square-foot laboratory buildouts to 155,000-square-foot R&D facilities. Additional clients include Avanti, CalAtlantic, and Decipher Biosciences/Veracyte.
