Lenny Newman is Corporate Managing Director in the Savills Minneapolis office. He brings to Savills clients a wide range of expertise, including strategic planning, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business planning, development, and real estate. Lenny has cultivated an extensive network of business relationships over the years, which supports his keen ability to create strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining Savills, Lenny was the Vice President of Corporate Solutions for Cresa Minneapolis. In his role, he partnered with clients to provide exceptional real estate advisory services. His career has also included executive leadership positions for Boulay, East View Information Services, Camille’s Sidewalk Café, Border Foods Companies, PepsiCo and Arthur Andersen & Co. Lenny has built a reputation as an accomplished advisor, finance executive, and business development leader known for positioning businesses and its leaders for growth and success.

Lenny is active in his professional and local communities through numerous leadership roles. He is a Co-Founder and Executive Committee Member of the Private Directors Association, a Supervisory Committee Member for TruStone Financial, a member and past President of the Minnetonka Rotary, a member of Financial Executives International and the Minnesota Twins Guest Services, and a past Board Member of Kona Grill and SJE-Rhombus.
