Mac McRae is an Associate in Savills Nashville office, where he works alongside a team of tenant-focused brokers specializing in office and industrial tenant representation, leasing, consulting, strategic planning, portfolio optimization, and buyer representation. Mac brings an analytical foundation to client service, with a commitment to fully understanding each client's business before making recommendations.

Mac joined Savills in 2025 following three years with a global full-service real estate firm, where he focused on underwriting and sourcing acquisitions and development opportunities. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how real estate decisions impact an organization's broader financial and operational goals — a perspective he brings directly to his tenant representation work.

Mac has worked with a number of companies in the market across several different industries including, Surber, Asher, Surber & Moushon PLLC, Imagine Pediatrics, Cadre Hospice, Pelvic Rehabilitation Management and more.

Mac is an active member of NAIOP, the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals, and a graduate of the Young Leaders Council. He is also a member of the Alabama Alumni Association.
