Marcus Nash joined Savills as a Project Manager in 2025 and brings over 10 years of experience delivering commercial real estate projects across corporate interiors, tenant improvements, and workplace environments. He manages projects from early planning and design through construction and closeout, serving as a trusted representative for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Marcus has overseen projects ranging from standard office renovations to large-scale, high-profile interior buildouts, collaborating closely with tenants, landlords, brokers, architects, engineers, and general contractors. His background in project delivery, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination enables him to effectively manage scope, mitigate risk, and ensure adherence to budget and schedule requirements.

Based out of the Savills Atlanta office, Marcus has successfully managed multi-state portfolios and capital projects exceeding $52 million. Prior to joining Savills, he held project management positions with leading real estate and corporate services organizations, delivering complex workplace, tenant improvement, and capital projects for national clients. He also led the design, construction, and facilities operations for one of the nation's leading school photography companies, managing a multi-state portfolio that included studio expansions, facility improvements, and strategic capital initiatives.

Marcus is known for his ability to bridge design vision with operational execution, providing clear communication, disciplined financial management, and consistent delivery of high-quality results.
