Joining Savills in 2014, Matt Anderson is an experienced commercial real estate broker with a focus on tenant representation in the technology, advertising, media and information (TAMI), as well as entertainment industries. He specializes in business development for fast-growing, venture-backed companies scaling from early-stage to full-growth, and recognizes the different approaches for each. As a market expert in the technology space, Matt co-founded the Los Angeles office’s in- house space blog called TechOfficeSpaces.com.
Matt has a hard-working, critically minded personality, and meshes incredibly well with his clients from the first meeting on. Set apart from the competition with his single-minded advocacy for tenant client representation, Matt has the ability to create zero conflict of interest.
