Max Schneider joined Savills in April of 2017, specializing in advising occupiers of real estate with their most complex real estate decisions. Max’s vast understanding of a client’s macro business objectives allows him to develop a long- term strategic plan that studies all possible business implications associated with real estate transactions, including but not limited to: financial performance, work place continuity, demographic/talent analysis, logistics, incentive programs and key performance metrics. Through meticulous detail, analytical rigor, sound communication and complete transparency, Max pursues an outcome that puts his clients in the most competitive position possible.
In addition to advising clients, Max’s national role at the firm is identifying opportunities to align perspective partners with the firms various specialty business lines, ultimately bringing value and providing solutions to occupiers long before transactions arise. Max’s ability to develop relationships stands out in the industry and is a key component of the firm’s national practice. Prior to joining the firm Max worked with a leading international real estate company.
