Melanie Johnson is the Project Manager for the Savills Tampa office. She brings significant project management experience to the team. In her role, Melanie manages projects from inception to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and ensuring the overall delivery is on schedule. With exceptional communication and organizational skills, she often works closely with internal teams, local offices, vendors, and contractors to ensure project teams are aligned and effectively resolving challenges. Melanie has overseen a variety of complex projects, including relocations, expansions, and refreshes and new builds, while actively managing costs, scope changes, scheduling and timelines.

Prior to joining Savills, Melanie held project management and coordination roles at Pinnacle Consulting. Throughout her career, she has been a significant part of multi-stakeholder projects that require the ability to manage everything from pre-construction to construction closeout. Clients and colleagues appreciate how effective she is with controlling costs, streamlining processes, and problem-solving. She ensures smooth operations and timely project delivery in fast-paced environments by maintaining comprehensive documentation, communicating consistently with stakeholders and clients, and effectively managing time and priorities.
