Michelle Needles is Executive Vice President, Global Head of Enterprise Solutions for Savills Global Occupier Services group. Michelle works with colleagues across global regions to develop creative and impactful client solutions and to guide the integration of service delivery best practices into the group’s account partnerships. With over 25 years of industry experience and a natural acumen for being bold and collaborative, she is an ideal advisor and partner for clients who are seeking to optimize their portfolio strategies and to maximize commercial real estate performance to materially contribute to overall business success.

Earlier in her career, Michelle was a Managing Director and leader of the Transaction Management service at Savills. Prior to re-joining the company, she served as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Client Solutions for Colliers International. Her responsibilities included leading global occupier services solution development and account transitions for major clients across multiple industry sectors. Over the span of Michelle’s career, she has gained expertise in a wide breadth of industries, including: automotive; life sciences and healthcare; banking and financial services; technology, media and telecommunications; and manufacturing.

Michelle is a highly respected voice in the industry, known for her compelling presentations at major events such as the CoreNet Global Americas Summit, the GlobeSt. Women of Influence Conference, and the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals Conference. Her exceptional contributions have earned her several prestigious awards, including GlobeSt.'s Women of Influence Award in both 2020 and 2022, HCL’s Red Ladder Unstoppable Women Award, and Colliers’ Global Occupier Services Win of the Year in 2021, and the Occupier Services Spirit of Colliers Award.
