Mike Catalano has represented tenants on behalf of Savills since joining the firm in 1993. A 35-plus year industry veteran, he has consistently focused on advising local, national, and global clients, following a 20-year tenure leading the firm’s Los Angeles office. Mike represents national and global companies in transaction execution and portfolio management, and directs the coordination of consulting, project management, and workplace, geographic, and labor analytics. He has particular expertise in large, complex consolidations, as well as lease renewals and restructurings. His client work includes portfolio assignments for companies such as Paramount+, Sony, Tokio Marine HCC, and Buchalter, along with representing the Los Angeles offices of leading law firms including Greenberg Glusker, Goodwin Procter, Irell & Manella, and Covington.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Mike served as the chairman of the board of Break the Cycle for seven years, an organization that engages, educates and empowers young people to build lives and communities free from domestic and dating violence. Prior to leading the board, Mike educated high school students through Domestic Violence 101, a class dedicated to exposing information on warning signs and misconceptions about violence in youth relationships. As an organization and as a leader in the community, Break the Cycle works to shape a world in which everyone is safe from relationship violence.
