An experienced veteran in advising technology companies in their commercial real estate pursuits, Mike provides groundbreaking insight and profound knowledge to every real estate transaction, allowing companies to find the space to grow while capitalizing on optimal cost-benefit analyses. Over the course of his more than 35-year career, Mike has worked with an abundance of companies throughout Silicon Valley ranging from new start-ups to Fortune 500 powerhouses like Samsung.
As an exclusive tenant representative, Mike ensures zero-conflict real estate transactions that benefit his clients the most – both financially and operationally. His depth of experience and recognized aptitude within the technology industry has also made him capable of communicating effectively with companies throughout Silicon Valley, from fundamental applications to high technology concepts. This allows Mike to configure flexible real estate transactions that suit his clients the most both presently and in the future.
Currently, Mike works out of Savills office in San Jose. Prior to joining Savills, Mike was the co-founder and managing principal of Cresa before the company was acquired by Savills in 2015. Before that, Mike co-founded the RES Group where he operated for nine years. Mike was the director of finance at Perkin-Elmer for three years prior to entering the commercial real estate industry.

Mike served on the board of directors throughout his time at Cresa. He is also on the board of directors for the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers, of which he in the ‘Hall of Fame’ and received their ‘Broker of the Year’ recognition.
