Natalie Valdez is an Associate in Savills Miami office. She is a valued part of a specialized team led by Donna Abood focused on office leasing with deep experience in tenant and landlord representation. Leveraging her background in finance, market research, digital marketing, and design, she works with senior advisors in business development, strategy, and helping clients navigate complex leasing decisions.

Prior to joining Savills, she was a Senior Marketing Associate for Avison Young. During her tenure, she contributed to the firm's real estate business development efforts utilizing her extensive marketing, graphics, research, and communications skills. Natalie’s expertise in marketing and leasing has enabled her to play an advisory role for landlords such as TA Realty, Florida East Coast Realty, and others in their office leasing strategies.

Early in her career, she worked for NAI Miami Commercial Real Estate Services and Banco Sabadell supporting a variety of marketing initiatives.
