Nicole is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Regional Manager in Savills Washington, DC office, representing national and global office tenants with deep expertise in the Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland markets. Nicole works exclusively with tenants looking to lease office space and/or purchase, sell, or capitalize on build-to-suit opportunities. Her specialty is solving the real estate needs of law firms, corporations, consulting firms, AEC firms, associations, nonprofits, and tech firms. Nicole supports these organizations with space identification and evaluation, lease negotiations, and overall portfolio optimization.
She has executed over 10 million square feet of record-breaking lease transactions for a roster of prestigious clients, including Hogan Lovells, Eversheds Sutherland, Kroll, Kimley Horn, the American Hospital Association, and the American Alliance of Museums. Nicole delivers comprehensive commercial real estate services tailored to meet the unique needs of Savills clients, including strategic planning, lease negotiations, property acquisitions and sales, and build-to-suit solutions. With an MBA and a solid financial background, she brings valuable expertise in integrating detailed financial analysis and forecasting into strategic real estate planning, ensuring her clients achieve both their immediate goals and long-term vision.

Nicole has been consistently recognized throughout her career with prestigious awards, including “The March of Dimes Heroine in Real Estate” for the Washington, DC Region, CREW’s Leader of Impact Award and Project Impact Award, Bisnow’s Dealmaker of the Year Award, GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence in Commercial Real Estate Award, and GWCAR’s Leasing Transaction of the Year Award. She also earned Akridge’s Largest Leasing Transaction of the Year, among other accolades that underscore her commitment to excellence and strong leadership in the industry.
Her active work in the professional and charitable community is significant. Nicole co-founded Savills Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) and is a current board member and treasurer for CREBA. She previously served on the Advisory Board of UPWARD DC and as a past board member for FAR, a nonprofit business leaders’ network. Nicole also serves on the executive committee and is a long-standing auction committee co-chair for Lombardi Women. The annual event supports Georgetown Lombardi’s Comprehensive Cancer Center and its Nina Hyde Center for Breast Cancer Research, which has raised $4 million since its inception. Furthermore, Nicole volunteers for the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network and DC’s Hendley Elementary School, mentoring young women and children.
