Pete Palumbo is the Senior Director of Project Management in the Savills Colorado office and is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of projects that contribute to business development and optimal operational processes. His diverse skillset encompasses all aspects of a project, including developing project scopes, generating budgets, leading strategic plans, managing assets and resources, and leading capital planning for complex real estate projects.

With over 25 years of experience, Pete’s accomplished career has been dedicated to real estate, construction, and architecture. Prior to joining Savills, he was the Director of Real Estate at Charter Communications, where he was responsible for the strategic direction of all construction-related activities for offices, retail stores, call centers, technology centers, relocations, reductions, and remodels. Pete has also held various leadership, consulting, and project management positions with Comcast Cable, JLL, Exton, LLC, and WorthGroup.

Awards Achievements and Activites

As a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker since 2004, Pete has been an active member of various professional associations, including CoreNet Colorado, where he served on the association’s Board of Directors from 2020 to 2023. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the South Metro Denver Realtor Association. Pete also has held a contractor’s license in the City of Littleton and Aurora and acquired various industry certifications from the International Code Council (ICC).
