Robert Mansell is a Managing Director in Savills Philadelphia office, where he focuses on industrial occupier advisory services, including portfolio strategy, site selection, and transaction management. He has significant experience with managing portfolios on a local, national, and global scale. Clients and colleagues value Robert’s commitment to building deep relationships, transparency, and a high level of ethics.

Prior to joining Savills, Robert was the Manager of Global Tenant Accounts for EQT Real Estate, where he was responsible for servicing corporate tenants across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He advised clients on leasing, acquisitions, build-to-suits, sustainability, and technology. Over his career, he has executed over five million square feet of lease transactions. Robert led many notable transactions, including an 826,000 square foot lease with a logistics company in Texas, a 765,000 square foot lease in Ohio, and a 600,000 square foot lease in Arizona. His career also included an Assistant Vice President role at Bank of America and positions at Boldyn Networks and the City of New York.
