Robert Teachey is Corporate Managing Director in Savills Tampa office responsible for workplace strategy and consulting on behalf of corporate clients. He applies his over 20 years of experience in both consulting and the commercial furniture industry to assist clients in developing work environments that increase employee engagement and productivity. His extensive background guides his holistic approach to analyzing client space needs.

Robert joined Savills 2021 from CBRE where he served Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. This experience across sectors gives him a broad knowledge of best practices and emerging trends. He helps clients his make the most informed business decisions regarding their real estate options. Over the course of his career, Robert has worked with over 350 companies to develop customized workplace strategies that meet their requirements and uniquely reflect company culture.


Awards, Achievements and Activities

Robert joined the Rotary Club of Tampa in 2008 and has served on the board multiple times as well in various committees. Robert is a business community leader and has also been recognized by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce as an alumni of Leadership Tampa Class of 2014. He has also completed leadership programs with the Westshore Alliance Class of 2005 and Leadership Tampa Bay class of 2011.

Robert is frequently recognized in the commercial real estate industry. He served as Board Member of the Real Estate Investment Council for six years and received NAIOP’s 2019 Best of the Best – Office Deal of the Year.
