Prior to joining Savills, Suzanne was Principal at Cresa Minneapolis, where she managed global and national accounts as well as real estate tax appeal efforts. Her diverse background in management, acquisition, site selection, construction project management, and strategic planning of office, industrial, and manufacturing spaces helps her provide reliable information and offer educated recommendations, particularly when it comes to negotiating building and lease values.
