Vinnie Durand is a member of the T3 Advisors | Savills Raleigh office that represents a diverse client base of local, national, and multi-national tenants. Vinnie provides his clients with services including strategic planning, portfolio optimization, financial analysis, transaction management, lease negotiations, renewals, expansions, and subleases. Vinnie is a member of the National Life Science Practice and helps lead the firm’s Southeast Life Science Practice. He has been with Savills since 2019 and has serviced clients from pre-seed to Fortune 500 companies with global portfolios in industries including Technology, Financial Services, Legal, Professional Services, and Life Sciences.

In his time with the company, Vinnie has enjoyed working with clients including Sony, Verisk Analytics, Apple, Wood Mackenzie, Maplecroft, restor3d, iBio, Levels, AIR Worldwide, Wells Fargo, Compass, Ergomed, Medsource, VHB, Chambers & Ennis, PLLC and Zencos Consulting.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

As a former Division 1 soccer player, Vinnie brings his energy, discipline, and high-performance mindset to his client work. He co-led the #SetTheExpectation campaign for the men’s soccer and football teams at North Carolina State University. Vinnie is also the recipient of the 2020 Larry Gross Leadership Award at North Carolina State University for his leadership on and off the field over the course of his time on the men’s soccer team. Vinnie was also honored with the NC State Athletic Department’s “Heart of the Pack” award, the highest recognition for an NC State student-athlete.
