Wendy Jordan is a Corporate Managing Director for Savills Global Occupier Services based in Washington, D.C. With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, she brings deep expertise in portfolio strategy, multi-market transaction management and lease execution. Wendy partners closely with clients to develop and implement optimal real estate strategies that align with broader business objectives and long-term goals.

Prior to joining Savills, Wendy served as a Real Estate Lead within the Global Workplace team at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she managed real estate transactions and capital projects supporting a national and global portfolio. In this role, she advised internal business partners on facility strategy, portfolio planning and market-driven solutions to support evolving operational needs. Earlier in her career, Wendy held roles at leading commercial real estate firms where she managed complex transactions, provided strategic portfolio guidance and identified strategic cost-savings opportunities.
