Awards, achievements and community involvement

Zach was honored as a member of San Diego Metro Magazine's "40 Under 40" class and has served on the Board of Directors for the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center. He currently serves on the finance committee at the San Diego Jewish Academy and actively supports several nonprofit organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation of San Diego, SAY San Diego, Jewish Family Services, McAlister Institute, and SDJA.

A graduate of Colorado State University, Zach earned his degree Cum Laude while competing as a member of the university's Alpine Ski Team. He also coached the Beaver Creek children's ski development program during his time at CSU. Outside of work, Zach enjoys skiing and traveling with his wife, Jennifer, and their two sons, Sebastian and Ezekiel. Whether on the slopes or at their kids' sporting events, the Millrood family embraces adventure and quality time together.
