Industrial vacancy remains low and demand remains high as 2022 ends

Atlanta’s industrial market showed a vacancy rate of 4.1% during Q4. This represents an increase of 20 basis points in year-over-year vacancy. The Stone Mountain submarket claims the quarter’s lowest vacancy, at only 0.6%.
