Second quarter performance signals steady leasing recovery

Overall office leasing activity in Orange County was 1.8 million square feet (msf), marking a 41.6% increase from the previous quarter and a 19.3% increase compared to a year ago, underscoring a steady recovery. A significant portion of this quarter’s deal volume came from the Airport Area submarket across all industry types. As return-to-office momentum builds, occupiers are becoming more confident in their future business plans and are moving beyond last year’s wait-and-see stance.
