Leasing volume highest since 2022
The Philadelphia metropolitan region recorded almost 4.2 million square feet (msf) of leasing volume for 2025. Activity increased 15.3% from 2024 levels and was the highest recorded since 2022. Leasing activity in the Philadelphia Central Business District (CBD) totaled 1.7 msf, or 61.8% more than the prior year.
