The move comes as the firm continues its strategic expansion across North America, with a renewed focus on elevating leadership and deepening market strength in key regions.

A highly respected industry veteran, Mitti brings a wealth of experience, proven leadership, and a strong track record of fostering collaboration across teams. In this new role, he will work alongside David Goldstein, President of the Tri-State region, to oversee financial performance, attract and retain top talent, and align operational strategy with the firm’s long-term goals.
