CHICAGO (Oct. 29, 2026)—Savills announces that its 21st Annual Landlord Challenge raised $153,000 to support the Bette D. Harris Family & Child Clinic and the San Miguel School Chicago. For more than two decades, Savills has brought together Chicago’s commercial real estate community to benefit organizations making a meaningful impact across the region.
Held on Monday, September 14, this year’s Landlord Challenge welcomed 113 golfers representing leading property owners, landlords, developers, leasing teams and other members of Chicago’s commercial real estate industry. The Stream Realty Partners team took first place in this year’s competition.
The annual benefit was co-chaired by Savills team members John Conerty and John Goodman, and the host committee included Brian Czarnecki, Lisa Davidson, Eric Feinberg, Phil Golding, Elizabeth Kaleta, Joe Learner, David Mahoney, Zak Mirkowski, Brandon Nasatir and Bernice Ramos.
“For more than two decades, the Landlord Challenge has demonstrated what the Chicago commercial real estate community can accomplish when we come together around a shared purpose,” said Feinberg. “This year, we’re proud to support the Bette D. Harris Family & Child Clinic and the San Miguel School Chicago, both doing incredibly meaningful work for children and families across Chicago. We’re grateful to everyone who participates in the Landlord Challenge and continues to make this impact possible.”
The annual event has become a longstanding tradition for the local commercial real estate industry, combining friendly competition with an opportunity to direct meaningful resources to organizations serving the Chicago community.
The Bette D. Harris Family & Child Clinic, through The Family Institute at Northwestern University, offers no-cost therapy services for individuals, children and families who may not otherwise be able to afford counseling or behavioral health support. Their licensed therapists and graduate-level therapists-in-training provide compassionate, evidence-based care so cost is never a barrier to mental wellness.

Through its unique educational model, it provides the strong academic and social-emotional foundation students need to succeed. Their approach helps kids build important traits like perseverance and resilience, setting them on a path to a successful future.
