Professional Expertise 

Allyson is a Vice Chairman at Savills based in the New York office. She leads a team of professionals in representing tenants in their real estate strategy, site selection, transaction structuring and execution. Her expertise includes lease relocations, renewals and restructures; lease recaptures and subleases; and building acquisitions, dispositions and new development.

Allyson’s clients span multiple sectors, including tech, media, financial services, law firms and global brands, reflecting the economic diversity of office occupiers in New York City. Allyson also manages significant real estate portfolios for her clients, both nationally and internationally. Notable clients include Sony, BDT & MSD Partners, L.E.K. Consulting, Alleghany Corporation, AlphaSense, Via Transportation, Nike, Amer Sports, the New York Law School, and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Throughout her career, Allyson has negotiated over 250 transactions totaling 5 million square feet across 50 markets.

Prior to Savills, Allyson was the executive director of two NYC landmark museums.


Awards, Achievements and Activities

Allyson has been named one of Bisnow’s “50 Most Influential Women in New York Commercial Real Estate.” She was selected as one of CREW’s “20 under 40,” a compilation of the nation’s top 20 emerging women leaders in the field of commercial real estate under the age of 40, and was a finalist for REBNY’s “Most Promising Salesperson of the Year.” She was also part of the team that won REBNY’s first-place “Henry Hart Rice Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” award.

Allyson is a founding member and Chair of the Yale Alumni Real Estate Association (Yale AREA). She is also active in educational advocacy, holding elected office as a member of the NYCPS school board in Manhattan (CEC2). She previously served as a member of the Massachusetts State Board of Education and president of the Parents Association of the Montessori School of Manhattan.
