Benay Josselson is Executive Vice President and Head of Savills North America's Workplace Strategy and Change Management practices and is based in Savills New York office. Her expertise guides organizations on how business strategy, workplace, and people intersect, which helps executive teams make informed decisions about the future of work. Benay provides clients with change management that goes beyond the built environment. Clients benefit from her innovative workplace solutions that support business objectives, culture and long-term organizational success.

She leads multidisciplinary teams that translate those insights into workplace solutions — integrating workplace strategy, change management, project management, relocation and occupancy planning to give clients a holistic view of the operational, cultural and employee impacts of workplace transformation.

Prior to joining Savills, Benay was a practicing attorney and founding partner of Josselson Law PLLC, where she worked closely with clients on legal and employee relations matters. With more than 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, communications, human resources and operational strategy, Benay is a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders navigating growth and transformation. Her background enables her to bring clarity to complex challenges, build consensus across stakeholder groups, and communicate effectively through change.

Throughout her career, Benay has guided organizations through workplace transformations, corporate relocations, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational redesign. In 2020, she played a pivotal role in Savills acquisition of MACRO, leading cross-functional integration efforts that aligned operations, communications and workforce strategy across both organizations.
