Brandi Sikes is an Executive Managing Director in the Savills Houston office, bringing more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience advising corporate occupiers on real estate strategies that align with their business objectives, operational needs and long-term growth plans.

Specializing in tenant representation and corporate real estate advisory services, Brandi works with Houston-based companies on headquarters strategy, office and industrial requirements, and multi-market real estate needs. She takes a holistic approach to understanding each client's business, workplace culture and future goals to develop real estate solutions that support organizational performance and growth. Through Savills Global Occupier Services platform, she connects clients with expertise and resources across national and international markets.

Prior to joining Savills, Brandi founded and led Sikes Solutions, a boutique commercial real estate advisory firm, where she worked alongside Katherine Bowler Rosen to provide personalized tenant representation and strategic real estate services. Together, they developed a relationship-driven approach focused on helping business leaders make informed real estate decisions.
