Christina Cappetti is a Director of Savills Relocation Management and is based in our New York office. With over 26 years of experience, she has superior knowledge of specialized laboratory equipment, which makes her invaluable to clients, alongside her natural leadership skills that promote confidence in every project she’s involved in.

Prior to joining Savills, she was a Director at Hoffman, a leading move management consultancy, since 2014. Christina has spearheaded several projects for the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), including the activation of a performing arts center, psychiatric facility, library, and various academic and office spaces. She has led a diverse selection of major projects, including preparing Barnard College’s Alschul Hall building for renovations, planning the large and small lab moves for Rockefeller University, and two major projects for PepsiCo, which included the activation of a new 250,000 square foot research building. Prior to joining Hoffman & Associates, Christina was Director of Laboratory Automation for OSI Pharmaceuticals.
