Dominic Harding has been with Savills since 2011, based in both Hong Kong and Singapore, before relocating to New York in 2017. His experience in property management, property valuation and commercial transactions has propelled his clients into making timely, beneficial decisions regarding their property. As director of cross border transactions and the head of Workthere Americas, Dom is responsible for driving seamless connectivity between Savills geographical regions and business lines, which includes tenant representation, transaction management, workplace solutions, project management, lease administration and consultancy.

When based in AsiaPac, Dom led the Asia corporate account management business. Of note this included executing the post-merger integration of Medtronic and Covidien's AsiaPac portfolios totaling more than two million square feet across 50 locations. This covered all major Tier 1, 2 and 3 Asia markets. He now acts as a single point of contact for cross border requirements between the USA and the rest of the world for internal and external clients and works closely with key stakeholder and colleagues across the Savills network to actively connect and drive forward innovation and best practice globally.

Dom’s ambition is to drive innovation and seamless connectivity across the company’s operations, all while assuring his clients receive zero-conflict, full-service representation.

Dom is also Head of Workthere Americas. Workthere is Savills wholly owned technology enabled brokerage service focused on the flexible workspace market and supported by expert market knowledge and skills. He is joined by Jess Johnson and Ted Skidburnt, who join him in managing the Workthere technology.
