Dom has forged a career at Savills over the last decade with a laser focus on the corporate occupier of real estate. He started in Hong Kong before moving to Singapore, spending around three years in each market. Dom ultimately ran the Savills Corporate Account Management P&L in Singapore, handling the groups’ largest multimarket corporate client portfolios across Asia Pacific. Of note, this included executing the post-merger integration of Medtronic and Covidien's Asia Pacific portfolio.

Following the acquisition of Studley by Savills in 2014, Dom was asked to relocate to the US to help establish the Cross Border Tenant Advisory group. Based in New York City, the group advises U.S. multinationals on their real estate needs internationally and supports European and Asian businesses in the U.S. market.

Dom is responsible for driving seamless connectivity between Savills geographical regions and business lines, which includes: Tenant Representation, Transaction Management, Workplace Solutions, Project Management, Lease Administration & Consultancy.

Most recently, Dom’s responsibilities have expanded to Head of Workthere Americas, where he is responsible for the delivery and growth of this “Powered by Savills” business line. As a response to the significant growth in demand for flexible office solutions by Savills clients, both large and small, Workthere was established as a dedicated global offering that supports businesses looking to incorporate flexible offices into their portfolio management solution. The flex market is rapidly evolving, information remains opaque and demand is strong. A dedicated service line such as Workthere, focusing purely on finding occupiers the right flexible office space in the U.S. and around the world, is proving to be an invaluable resource.

Dom has a BA (Hons) in Geography and Planning from Newcastle University, England and an MSc in International Real Estate from The Royal Agricultural University, England & University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Dom is a BASI level 2 qualified ski instructor and is happiest in the mountains. In the warmer months he tries to spend as much time on his bike as possible.
