Isabel Choi is Director of Research based in Savills Houston office, where she oversees research across four major markets in Texas. She brings over 20 years of experience in market research, client presentations, marketing strategy and data management across diverse industries. She is recognized for her exceptional work ethic, strong market expertise, deep real estate industry insights and ability to execute complex projects effectively.

Prior to joining Savills, Isabel served as a Research Manager at JLL, where she led Houston office research initiatives and managed research requests from more than 50 brokers across tenant representation, agency leasing and capital markets.

Before joining JLL, Isabel was a Senior Research Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield's Multifamily Advisory Group within Capital Markets, where she directed Houston multifamily market research.

Earlier in her career, Isabel worked as a Project Manager at Ipsos, one of the world’s largest market research firms headquartered in France. In this role, she managed research projects for international clients, including Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Chanel, Mercedes-Benz and Samsung.

Isabel is an engaged member of the Commercial Real Estate Research Forum. She has also been awarded various awards for professional excellence, including the Above & Beyond award by JLL and a nominee for the Above & Beyond award from Cushman & Wakefield.
