Isabel Schwartz is a Managing Director working closely with Eric Feinberg and John Goodman, leaders of one of Chicago’s highest-achieving brokerage teams. Isabel provides clients with full-service tenant representation, advising through strategic plans and financial models that enable organizations to secure real estate solutions that align with their organizational goals.

Prior to joining Savills, Isabel began her career at a software firm where she was responsible for marketing, sales and accounting functions. The role gave her valuable insight into the needs, motivations, and challenges facing organizations as they strive for growth while mitigating risk and controlling costs.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Isabel was named as a “Rising Star” by Real Estate Weekly in the commercial real estate category and was also recognized as a “rising star” by Bisnow at its Chicago Women Leasing Real Estate awards. Isabel and her partners shared the Broker Team of the Year Award at the 32nd annual Commercial Real Estate Awards benefiting the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

She is a member of the employee resource group WIN (Women’s Initiative Network), which provides educational and networking opportunities to women at Savills. She is also a planning committee member for Savills annual Landlord Challenge fundraiser that has raised millions of dollars for local charities since its inception in 2005.

Isabel is a proud member of and fundraiser for the JREP (Jewish Real Estate Emerging Professionals Group), the Jewish United Fund and Friends of IDF.
