J.C. Renshaw is the Senior Supply Chain Consultant in Savills Charleston, SC office and works with clients across industries to address issues and opportunities within their supply chain ranging from network strategy and optimization to inside-the-box layout, flow, and operational efficiency, as well as capability maturity and performance opportunities. By working with clients to identify the specific needs and aspirations for their supply chain, J.C. can help in the following areas: identifying strategic and tactical solutions for network transformation and optimization, improving costs, service, growth, performance management, technology, systems utilization and optimization, insource/outsource strategy and operational capability enhancements.

Prior to joining Savills, J.C.’s accomplished background spanning over 30 years included consulting with Accenture and with other commercial real estate firms in Distribution Operations. J.C. was previously a Director with Avison Young and a Principal with Honour Consulting. He spent the first part of his career managing distribution centers and networks, as well as building and launching them while with The Home Depot. J.C.’s ‘real-world’ experience in distribution center and manufacturing operations along with deep consulting expertise delivers a unique perspective that resonates with his clients.

Awards Achievements and Activites

J.C. was awarded the distinct recognition of receiving a special designation from Accenture by being selected to their “Innovation and Thought Leadership” group for his expertise in Supply Chain; a designation which is reserved for a distinct handful of Accenture’s large workforce who are globally recognized for deep expertise in their respective field . J.C. also is on the South Carolina Board of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and a member of the Industrial Asset Management Council.
