Josh Robbie joined Savills in 2018, and currently manages an expansive portfolio as part of the national Industrial Real Estate Service Group (ISG). Based in Chicago, Josh also contains in depth knowledge of the local metropolitan market, the 3rd largest in the United States.
His primary focus is on providing transactional management and strategic advisory for supply chain management, logistic strategies, mergers and acquisitions, government incentives, and overall business strategy. While Josh negotiates and manages ideal real estate transactions, his client representation goes beyond the bottom line. He will help you look to the future of your business goals and objectives, from operations and management to culture and community.
Over a decade of working in the commercial real estate industry has given Josh ample knowledge of the ins and outs of transactional management and strategy. Although he is exceptionally skilled with industrial real estate deals, he’s been apart of it all – from corporate headquarters relocations to international manufacturing facilities. As associate vice president of Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) for 10 years, as well as an associate of Advocate Commercial Real Estate for two, Josh has seen both the boutique and powerhouse sides of real estate, and has the best of both worlds as part of his skillset. Now, his closely knit team – consisting of Bruce McConnell and Zak Mirkowski – guides clients through every part of the process.
