Katherine Bowler Rosen is an Assistant Director in the Savills Houston office, bringing six years of commercial real estate experience, including corporate advisory, brokerage, leasing and asset management. She advises corporate occupiers on real estate strategies that support their business objectives, workplace requirements and opportunities for growth.

Working alongside Executive Managing Director Brandi Sikes, Katherine focuses on serving Houston-based companies with real estate needs across multiple markets, including headquarters strategy, office and industrial leasing, and life sciences-related requirements. She takes a relationship-driven approach to understanding clients’ operations, workplace culture and long-term priorities, helping develop solutions that align real estate decisions with broader business goals.

Prior to joining Savills, Katherine served as Vice President at Sikes Solutions, a boutique commercial real estate advisory firm founded by Brandi Sikes. As part of the established advisory team, she supported corporate clients with tenant representation and strategic real estate services. Katherine began her commercial real estate career with SVN in New Orleans before relocating to Houston. At Savills, she continues that partnership while leveraging the firm’s global platform to support clients across markets.
