Keith Ellis has held a prominent leadership position within the industry for more than 30 years. As an executive managing director and avid tenant advocate, Keith Ellis creatively solves problems to help clients overcome real estate challenges with innovative occupancy strategies. His impressive roster of multinational clients includes businesses in communications, media, advertising, fashion and banking. His expertise in resourceful problem solving, strategy development, pre-acquisition due diligence, complex transaction management, execution and portfolio analysis enables him to consistently meet his clients’ financial and operational needs.
Keith has consistently put his clients before him and has remained dedicated to representing tenants in the transaction process. Before joining Savills in 2010, Keith spent 21 years at CBRE specializing in tenant representation. While there, some of his most notable clients included The Interpublic Group, McCann Worldgroup, Weber Shandwick, Foote Cone & Belding, JP Morgan, LACOSTE, The Blackstone Group, The Publicis Group, Hal Riney, Fallon, Pfizer, Heidrick & Struggles, Oxford Industries, Dialogics, Clear Channel Communications, Pepper Hamilton and Carl Marks & Co.
Keith has also experienced the corporate side of commercial real estate having served as a divisional president for Levi Strauss & Co. His responsibilities in that position have provided him with a keen understanding and sensitivity to his clients’ objectives, goals and processes—all critical components to a real estate transaction.
Awards, Achievements and Activities
Keith won the Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) Robert T. Lawrence award for the 300,000-plus square-foot leases he closed on behalf of advertising giant Foote Cone & Belding. He was also awarded the NAIOP ‘Leasing Deal of the Year’ for NYC. He is also a member of the REBNY.
